Bradford subway mural
I was commissioned by Bradford council to come up with a concept for an 12.5 x 2m section of the underground subways. My design was a fantastical landscape featuring brightly coloured Bradford landmarks. I painted directly onto the wall in hard wearing emulsion. Some of the landmarks I painted were:
- Yorkshire Penny Bank
- Bradford City Hall
- Wool Exchange
- George’s Hall
- Lister’s Mill
- Alhambra Theatre
- Bradford Live
- Church House
- Paper Hall
- Bradford Cathedral
- Central Mosque
The mural is featued alongside work by other local artists in the subways under Hall Ings Road in Bradford City centre.
